1.The design standard for biogas set is 60kW/75kVA, with a voltage of 400V, a working frequency of 50Hz, and a power factor of 0.8 (lag). Biogas engines can operate within different methane gas concentration ranges (50-97%) or equivalent calorific value gases, producing 100% electricity.
2.The voltage, frequency variation rate, and engine recovery time of generator set operating at normal operating temperature meets the ISO8528-5 standard, At the beginning, a sudden increase in load of 25% is required, and from the 25% to 60% load stage, a sudden increase of 15% of the rated load is required; From 60% to 80% load stage, suddenly increase the rated load by 10% and withstand a sudden decrease in load by 25%.
