A: Yes, We have the design department. If you can provide us the size of your area, our designer could make the design according to your area dimension and your special requirements. Or you can choose the popular designs from our catalog suit for you.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
Q8. How long is the warranty time for the amusement equipment?
A: Warranty time: 12 months. Warranty conditions see below:If any quality problems (except man made problems and under abnormal use) happen during warranty time, for example, crack of plastic accessories, color fading and damage of the iron parts etc.The buyer should inform the seller within 14 days after finding the quality problems.And the buyer should provide the same quality and new accessories free within 30 days.

A: Yes, we have CE, EMC, EN71, EN62115, ROHS, ASTM F963, UL, MSDS, etc.
Q10. Could we install the amusement equipment ourselves?
A: Yes, many customers installed it themselves, We will provide professional detailed installation and paste the label and take photos.
