Product Description

GCAN-PLC-510 PLC Programmable Logic Controller

GCAN-PLC-530 is a programmable logic controller (PLC) with integrated bus control function and EtherCAT master function. It integrates a quad-core processor and has a processing speed of nanosecond instructions. It can also be easily connected to the CAN bus system, etc., and can be expanded through plug-in modules.
 
GCAN-PLC series products consist of a programmable master control module (GCAN-PLC-530, etc.), several GC series IO modules (GC-1008, GC-3804, etc.) and a terminal resistance module (GC-0001).
 
GCAN-PLC-530 and other master control modules can connect all GC series IO modules. Users can choose to expand IO modules according to actual on-site needs. When the power supply is sufficient, the number of IO modules can be expanded to 32 at most. When the number of expansion modules exceeds 16, an additional IO power supply expansion module GC 8012 is required to ensure sufficient power supply. The master control module can automatically assign addresses according to the front and rear positions of the inserted IO modules to achieve automatic configuration. Users do not need to create a configuration interface and set parameters on the PC.
 
GCAN-PLC can be programmed using CODESYS V3.5 SP16 and above. The software supports five standard programming languages specified in the IEC-61131-3 standard, which makes the program highly portable and reusable. The software also has a variety of debugging functions (breakpoints, single steps, etc.), making it more convenient to debug the program.
 
GCAN-PLC-530 can not only complete the input/output of various digital/analog quantities, but also integrates a variety of commonly used industrial fieldbuses, such as: RS232/485 bus, CAN bus, Ethernet bus, EtherCAT bus.
