Cylinder Mould: It can be said to be the heart of a machine used for manufacturing paper and board and is responsible for controlling the stick flow and picking up onto the felt and also for formation of a homogeneous single and multi layer and profile of the substance fully across the web.The paper machine cylinder mould is light in weight, corrosion-resistant and reduces energy consumption. Reduce equipment maintenance cycle.

Cylinder Mould Former:A complete set of mould former include: cylinder mould, couch roll , guide roll, felt foil box ,movable spray pipe ,frame and base plate .Foundation part including sole plate, anchor bolt ,nut etc. foundation drawing content : reserve hole position ,size, elevation, the static and dynamic load of each driving point. it is only for technical reference. the sole plate material is cast iron HT 200 , through 2 times again eliminate stress processing.

Main Features

The principle of the cylinder mould is to provide the forming surface through which water drains to leave the fibers matted in a sheet. The cylinder is designed to allow drainage uniformly across its width with no turbulence to disturb the fibers during formation.Sheet formation cannot be improved later in the papermaking process; it is produced once and for all on the cylinder mould.

The Wire Cloth Cover

Our highly skilled seamers choose from a wide selection of brazing alloys using either silver or gold to produce the best straight or helical seam for your application. Once properly tensioned, covers are carefully secured to the cylinder to ensure durability under the most severe conditions.
