1. Applicable range
The off-gas / waste gas system is provided by Shenyang Shine can be used in the industries of Chemical Fiber, Chemical industry, Metallurgy, Rubber, Power, Cement and coal-fired, and so on for resource recycling and qualified emission.
2. Process features
Our country's law rules in "Ambient Air Quality Standard" (GB3095--1996) the main pollutants range: Particles, SO2, NOX, CO, Pb, Fluorid, Benzopyrene and O3, and so on. The main treating methods include Cyclone Separation, Filter, Electrostatic trapping, washing, absorption, condensation, burning, catalytic combustion, catalytic reduction, etc.
The handing procedure: Waster gas collection, condenser, wind inlet pipe, processing devices, waste gas tower, wind outlet pipe, fan, exhausted pipe, chimney.

The discharged gas meets the requirements of "air pollutant emission standards". Especially in the chemical fiber industry, the waste gas caustic-washing technology for viscose staple fiber and carbon disulfide recycling technology lead level in the same industry.
3. System configuration
Aims at different type, nature, handling capacity and treating requirements of waste gas, Shine optimally organizes system equipments for providing customers a high-efficiency, saving-cost, low- energy consumption PLC/ DCS system solution.
The whole solution consists of waste gas collection system, treatment system and air exhausting system. Its key functions are focused on collection and treatment systems.
The collection system has local exhaust-hood, air quality adjustable valves and pipes. The treatment system mainly includes dust separator, condenser and activated carbon adsorption devices. The absorbent as the main medium of treating waste gas, its nature and concentration will be changed along with different gas-nature. The quality (per unit gas needed) is depends on calculating the Molar flow ratios between absorbent and inert gas.
