Process flow of galvanized sheet:
1. The hot and cold rolled steel plate is degreasing by alkali, washed with water, dried and then entered into a horizontal (vertical) heating furnace heated by a radiant tube for annealing. A certain amount of hydrogen is introduced into the furnace to reduce the early layer in the furnace.
2. The steel strip heated to a certain temperature is immersed in the zinc liquid under certain conditions for hot-dip galvanizing.
3. While the size of the spangle is controlled by the composition of liquid zinc, it is controlled by forced cooling. Before the spangle begins to spread, the small spangle product is quenched with a small spangle device to prevent the zinc liquid from continuing to spread and form small zinc flower.
4. After hot-dip galvanizing, the surface is smoothed after being cooled, and finally, according to the application, the surface is passivated or directly produced into a color-coated coil.
The advantages of galvanized sheet:
1. Low processing cost: the cost of hot-dip galvanizing anti-rust is lower than that of other paint coatings;

6. Time-saving and labor-saving: The galvanizing process is faster than other coating construction methods, and it can avoid the time required for painting on the construction site after installation.
7. Low initial cost: In general, the cost of hot-dip galvanizing is lower than that of applying other protective coatings. The reason is very simple. Other protective coatings such as sanding paint are labor-intensive processes, whereas hot-dip galvanizing processes are high. Mechanized, tightly controlled in-plant construction.
8. Simple and convenient inspection: the hot-dip galvanized layer can be tested visually and with a simple non-destructive coating thickness gauge
9. Reliability: The specifications of hot-dip galvanizing are generally implemented in accordance with BS EN ISO 1461, which regulates the minimum thickness of the zinc layer, so its anti-rust period and performance are reliable and predictable.
