The A Frame System Layer Battery System is designed both open and close house all over the world,especially for open house in big farm who has enough land,it is more suitable to be used in tropical zone such as Africa,Southeast Asia and South Asia Countries.
The A Frame System Layer Battery System is Cold Galvanized or all Hot Galvanized Equipment,
Automatic Cage Mesh Welding, Cutting, Bending and Cold/Hot Dipped Galvanization for Cages and Cage Leg Frames
A Frame Pullet Cage System is designed for Young Chicks which age(rearing period) is from 1week to 14 week old. The cage surface treatment is hot dipped galvanization or cold galvanization according to clients' requests.
A Frame Pullet Cage System can be equipped with Automatic Manure Removal System which using scraper to collect the manure outside of house.
A Frame Pullet Cage System also can be equipped with Automatic Feeding System which using feeding hoppers to deliver feed into feed trough.
A Frame Pullet Cage System Advantages:
1. Low carbon steel cold drawn steel wire, high tensile strength and extension rate, comfortable for chicks.
2. Galvanized surface treatment, long life-span, long service time.
3. Raising density per unit area can increase 50%-100% compared with flooring system.
4. Seperating chicks and manure, avoid infecting diseases caused by bacteria in manure.
5. Space for Proper exercise, saving feed, healthy life, Uniformity and health condition are both excellent.
6. Chicks are seperated into cells, easy for observation growth condition, avoid cross infections.
