Fully Automatic Nutritious Rice Extruder Nutritive Instant Artificial Rice Production Line

Nutritional rice production equipment consists of feding system, extrusion system, rotary culting system, heating system, transmission system andcontrol system. Adopting advanced screw extrusion technology.materals are matured and expanded by high temperature and high pressure, which canbe completed in one time. The main engine adopts frequency controlto ensure the stability of the production process. The products are of variouscolors, varieties, beautiful appearance, natural lifelike, delicate texture and widely used raw materials
This production equipment can change diferent kinds of moulds to produce various shapes of nutritional rice products. In the production processvarious microelements can be added according to the formula to enrich the product variety

Our Instant rice  processing machine features

Instant Rice processing line has high stability and automatic performance, which offers the possibility to control the expansion of the extrudate through various means to control the texture of the final product.

Various grains are used as raw materials to produce various shapes puffed food. It is a fully automatic production line. 

Double Screw Extruder Machine

The Double Screw Extruder is made of Gearbox, Lubrication system,the barrel, Double screw. heating system. cooling system and Cutting devices. It process the raw material with high temperature and pressure.

Instant Rice Drying Machine

The heating source for this dryer can be electric, gas or steam.The material is stainless steel 304 or can be customized.

This dryer machine consists of rack system, combustion system, de-humidifier system, insulation system and controlling system. after extruding, it helps to remove the moisture on the surface of snacks food.

Cooling Machine

The oven-baked products are quite hot; the cooling machine lowers the temperature, making them suitable for loading into the packaging machine.

Screening Machine

Remove rice grains that are not suitable in shape or size.

Extruder control is based on a programmable computer system which adjusts for optimal parameters according to different recipes,water content, pressure and temperature, allowing for simpler more dependable processing.
