2. Mold appearance, shape and related standards
1: The size of the mold meets the requirements of the customer and the model of the injection molding machine specified by the customer.
2: Production of customer nameplate, (mold number, mold weight, mold external dimensions, production start time) installed with rivets fixed, the position conforms to the standard.
3: The size of the positioning ring meets the technical requirements. It is 10mm higher than the top plate. The installation must be sunk on the upper fixing plate. It must not be directly attached to the template and fixed with more than 2 screws.

5: The surface of the gate sleeve and the runner is polished to above 600# sandpaper to avoid edges and corners.

7: Install the feet on the ground side of the mold to protect the bottom surface, and the garbage nails can be substituted without special circumstances.
8: For large molds (above 8 tons), U-shaped grooves or perforations are required for mold clamping, corresponding to the fixed position of the molding machine.
9: There should be no pits, rust marks on the surface of the mold frame, unnecessary lifting rings, water inlet and outlet, gas, oil holes, etc. and other defects that affect the appearance.
10: The plates, holes, and edges of the mold base should have chamfers greater than 1.5 mm. Except for special parts.
11: Ensure that all lifting rings can be screwed to the bottom, and the lifting is balanced.
12: Install the trash nail under the thimble plate, and use the stroke positioning block as the ejection plate, which cannot be replaced with screws.
13: The area of the die brace should reach 30% of the area of the template between the square legs. The brace is 0.15mm higher than the die legs and does not interfere with the ejection holes.
14: All mold screws must not be cut short, slipping teeth and other defects; screws above M12 (including M12) are used (level 12.9). The length of the screw hanging mold material is more than 1.2 times the screw diameter.
15: The bottom surface of the countersunk hole of the screw is flat, and the screw installation cannot be higher than the countersunk hole, and the bottom is 1-2MM flat.
16: Parts with a weight of more than 10KG should be made with corresponding eyelets. The size and location of eyelets comply with the standard.
Molding:
1: Keep the parting surface smooth, free of pits and rust, free from grinding and evacuation with a hand-held grinding wheel, and no dents or gaps in the sealing part.
2: The position of the fixed and moving mold ribs and the surface of the column are free of fire patterns and knife marks, and are polished in place.
3: There is no thin blade structure at the insertion position, the angle is greater than 2 degrees, and no black marks, burrs and other defects shall be allowed.
4: Products with a modular cavity, such as left and right symmetrical parts, need to indicate L or R. If the customer has requirements for location and size, please follow the customer's requirements. If the customer does not require it, it should be added in a place that does not affect the appearance and assembly. on.
5: For the same and similar, the parts that are easy to mix during installation are marked with marks.
6: Large and medium-sized molds are added pressure balance blocks on the mold surface according to the design requirements, and nitriding treatment.
7: Insert the non-product surface moving mold into the fixed mold or the fixed mold into the moving mold, and make the inclined surface to lock or avoid the air.
8: The materials of the mold, the mold frame and the molding part meet the technical requirements for mold development.
9: The customer's requirements for the face-engraved characters of the mold products.
Ejector reset
1: The ejection must be smooth, no jamming, no abnormal noise, and the thimble plate is reset to the end.
2: The thimble, the top surface of the top piece is lower than the core surface, not more than 0.1mm.
3: If there is interference between the ejector mechanism and the slider, there must be protective measures, and the top plate must have a reset stroke switch.
4: The return spring and slider spring use standard parts and meet the design requirements. Both ends are not polished or cut; the bottom of the spring hole is flat, and the hole diameter is 5mm larger than the spring.
5: The thimble and the head of the return pin must not be gasketed, welded, or polished; the front end of the return pin cannot be welded.
6: The thimble on the curved or inclined surface should be anti-rotation positioning according to the standard D type, and the Z-shaped pull rod should be anti-rotation positioning.
7: There should be a 3-5 degree slope around the top block, and the bottom chamfering top rod should be sunk into the top block, fixed and reliable.
Slanted top, slider core pulling
1: The inclined top surface should be 0.1mm lower than the core surface to prevent the top product from pulling; the inclined top must be used as a guide block, and the back groove of the installation template should be tightly matched or do positioning pin positioning
2: The slanted top can be removed from a hole that passes through the bottom plate and the thimble bottom plate and whose angle is consistent with the angle of the slanted top.
3: The inserts on the slanted top and the slider are fixed firmly (the screws are tight or the embryo head is inserted from the back).
4: The sliding parts must have an oil groove (except the thimble), and the surface is nitrided, including the bead, the wear plate, the inclined top, the inclined top seat, the guide block, and the forced reset; (large sliders according to customer requirements)
5: The angle of the inclined guide column of the slider is 2-3 degrees smaller than the angle of the locking surface of the slider.
6: If there is a product in the molding part of the oil cylinder, the oil cylinder should be equipped with a self-locking mechanism. If there is interference between the oil cylinder core and the ejector mechanism, it must be reset first and a stroke switch is installed.
7: A guide block must be added at the bottom of the large slider (longer than 200mm), and oil grooves are opened on both sides of the slider.
8: The slider is used as the limit block. The built-in spring must be installed in the sink hole of the slider; the external spring must be made as a spring protection block to prevent flying out and hurting people.
9: Large and medium-sized sliders (width >70mm) need to be made of wear-resistant plates and oil grooves at the bottom, the wear-resistant plate surface is 0.1-0. 5mm higher.
Three-plate mold, hot runner part
1: Reliable installation of resin shutters, symmetrical installation, no less than 4 (small mold can be 2).
2: A spring is added between the front plate of the three-plate mold and the nozzle plate to assist the mold opening. (Except small molds)
3: The limit lever of the three-plate mold should be set on the mold operation side and the reverse operation side to prevent interference with the manipulator.
4: The layout of the hot runner wiring is reasonable and easy to overhaul.
5: The hot runner mold must be installed with the hot runner nameplate, and the hot runner wiring must correspond to the nameplate.
6: The error between the set temperature of the temperature control table and the actual displayed temperature should be within ±2ºC.
7: The hot runner wiring is bundled and covered with a pressure plate. The place where the template contacts the wire should be rounded to avoid damage to the wire.
8: If there are two sockets with the same specifications, they should be clearly marked to avoid wrong insertion.
Mould shipping part
1: The mold cavity is sprayed with anti-rust oil before the mold is shipped, the sliding parts are buttered, and the inlet of the sprue bushing is blocked with butter.
2: The specifications of the mold safety lock module meet the design requirements (the three-plate mold stripping plate is fixed with the moving mold) at least two pieces (diagonally installed).
3: All the shipping documents and spare parts of the mold parts must be complete when the mold is shipped.
