    The pure product is white needle-like crystals, which is the main component of vitamin P. After hydrogenation, hesperidin is a natural sweetener, dihydrochalconone, which is 1000 times sweeter than sucrose and can be used as a functional food. Hesperidin has a variety of biological properties.
