Description:
KRD50 transportation simulation vibration testing machine can replace the actual running automotive test to complete the road transportation simulation test of packaged or unpackaged products in the laboratory. The simulation conditions are as follows: the random vibration environment generated when the vehicle speed is 20~80km/h on the intermediate surface of 3nd or 4th highway. It is applied to evaluate the adaptability of the product to withstand the vibration of automobile transportation under packaged or non-packaged condition and to evaluate its structural integrity.

- Adopt a mechanical random vibration simulator, and adjust the system natural frequency, excitation frequency and vibration amplitude to make the test table meet the technical index requirements

What Is Transport Vibration Simulation Testing?

What's the difference between KRD50 & KRD51?
KRD50 series transportation simulation test system replaces the actual vehicle running test, and the actual vehicle running is moved to the laboratory for testing. The simulation conditions are: a random vibration environment generated when the vehicle is traveling at a speed of 20-60km/h on a medium-level pavement of a third-level or fourth-level highway. The test equipment can assess the adaptability of the product under the packaging or unpacking, withstand the vibration of vehicle transportation and evaluate the structural integrity.
KRD51 series bounce testing machine simulates the constant loose cargo state during truck transport. Often times, containers carrying civilian hardware (such as: medical supplies, electronics, weaponry, communication devices) travel for extended periods of time and must be transported off-road. All of these items must maintain functionality upon arrival at their destinations. This machine complies to ISTA and ASTM standards.

How to select a correct reference standard?
The International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) developed a civilian package test procedure resembling the test: 1A for products weighing less than 150 lb (68 kg) and 1B for over 150 lb (68 kg). Additional tests in subsequent procedures such as 1C, 1D, 2A and further combine the loose cargo basic test with atmospheric conditioning and other factors.
