2. Mold Design Analyze:
a. Do a good job in the mold opening direction analysis; then reasonably determine the mold parting line. Ensure the pattern requirements of the appearance surface of the plastic parts, and determine the reasonable glue feeding method and ejecting method.
b. Prevent deformation of plastic parts. The shape of the plastic part is simple and there is no excessive bone support. During the injection molding process, the cooling system needs to be reasonably designed to ensure that the plastic parts will not be deformed during ejection.
c. Since the wall thickness of the plastic part is 4mm, the injection cycle required by the customer is no more than 55 seconds. Therefore, the design of the cooling system of the mold is very critical.
d. The size of the code mold is enlarged by the movable and fixed mold base plate, and the code mold positioning groove is processed on the ground side. The specific requirements for the mold are that the entire mold base must have good rigidity. Therefore, the stiffness and strength of the mold are very important for this set of molds.
e. The size of the plastic part is large, the side wall area is correspondingly large, and the injection pressure in the mold cavity is also large. In order to resist the clamping pressure, three balance blocks are designed on the parting surface. The edge of the mold base is designed with two inclined positioning blocks. All of this is to increase the rigidity and strength of the mold. At the same time, the accuracy of mold clamping can be increased. The size of the plastic parts is large, the mold design cavity ranking is 1 out of 1, tthe gating system is YUDO single needle valve hot nozzle feeding, and the gate is on the upper surface of the plastic part.
6. The parting surface is an undulating step, and the core is an integral structure; the cavity has a large cavity depth. In order to facilitate processing, it is designed into multiple inserts separately. Precision, interlocking the f rear mold cores.
