Denetlenen Tedarikçi Sodium polyacrylate, with the chemical formula (C3H3NaO2)n, is a new type of functional polymer material and important chemical product. The solid product is a white or light yellow block or powder, and the liquid product is a colorless or light yellow viscous liquid. It is obtained from acrylic a cid and its esters as raw materials through aqueous solution polymerization. It is odorless, soluble in sodium hy droxide aqueous solution, and precipitates in calcium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and other aqueous solutions. It is often used as water treatment agent, salt water refining and latex thickening. It can also be used as food thickening and emulsification.
Application
(1) Bread, cakes, noodles, macaroni, increase the utilization rate of raw materials, improve the taste and flavor. The dosage is 0.05%.
(2) Minced aquatic products, canned food, dried seaweed, etc., strengthen tissue, maintain freshness and enhance taste.
(3) Seasoning sauce, tomato sauce, mayonnaise, jam, cream, soy sauce, thickener and stabilizer.
(4) Juices, wines, etc., dispersants.
(5) Ice cream and caramel can improve the taste and stability.
(6) Frozen food, processed aquatic products, surface jelly (preservation).
