The double roller wood debarker machine adopts roller skinning. It is composed of the roller, feeding inlet, bark discharger, wood discharger, and power transmission device. 

Features:

1.Adopt opened groove hopper, which makes one end for feeding, and the other end for discharging, which greatly improves work efficiency.
2.As the teeth impact the timber section, the logs section is rotating around itself and cycle moving with high efficiency, so that it also has a better net rate of striping.
3.It is available for many kinds of tree species, diameter, length and shape.
4.The net rate of peeling logs bending is much higher.
5.It with lower consumption, low failure rate and little maintenance workload.

Working Principle:

1. Put the log and tree branches into the rotary drum, close the feeding baffle, then start the machine, with clockwise operation, the cutter will strip wood skin.
2. Fifteen minutes later, stop the machine, open discharging baffle, then start the machine and counterclockwise run two minutes, the peeled wood can be automatically sent out by roller
3. The peeling rate could reach 95%.

Wood debarking machine /wood peeler
Wood debarking machine is mainly used to remove the skin of logs so that they can be ready for further processing in paper making industry. Our wood peeling machine has very stable performance and earns a great reputation for our company both locally and abroad.

In contrast of the rotary log debarker, the double roller debarking machine can work continuously in the whole process. 
Because the wood can be rotated with irregular movement in the log peeler, so the recess of the curve wood can touch 
the sheller teeth, the bark can be shelled much more easily then other log peelers. The log peeling machine is easy to 
maintain, featured with small consumption, low failure rate, low noise and vibration.

Application:

The double roller debarker machine is suitable for various trees:eucalyptus, poplar, newly cut coniferous timber broadleaved wood, frozen wood.  The machine is used widely in the MDF manufacture factory, paper making factory, pulp factory, etc.
