1. Q: Can we get some free samples?

    A: Of course, we can supply free samples, but the sample freight is on buyer's account. We will return the freight to buyer after customer confirm the order and the order will more than 500-1000pcs bottles.

2.Q: What is your mini order quantity?

   A: Normally, our MOQ is 500-1000pcs, but for special product, MOQ is different, welcome to send us your inquiry.

3. Q: Can you OEM? 

    A: Yes. Customer provide sample or drawing to us, we will make new drawing accordingly and offer to customer for confirmation.Then we will open sample mold to produce samples, once confirmed, it's time to open more molds and start production.

4.Can I get samples?

Yes, 2-3 pcs each item for free if the sample is available, but freight will be on your side.

5.How long is the sample lead time?

For available samples, 1-5 days, for new samples, 2 weeks usually.

6.How long is the production lead time?

For regular available items, 1-10 days once order confirmed, for items not in stock or new items, about 30-45days.

7.Is it ok if i want my own design?
