Description & Applications:
SJ series single screw extruder is mainly used in extruding soft and hard thermoplastics, such as polyviyl chloride (PVC),polyethylene and others.
SJ series single screw extruder is used with relevant auxiliary machine (including shaping machine head) to produce several kinds of plastic products, for example: film, pipe, rod, plate, thread, cable insulating layer, hollow product. It is also used for prilling.
SJ series single screw extruder has advantages, such as advanced design, high output, good plasticification, Iow energy consumption, involute gear transmission, Iow noise, steady operation, large loading, long life and so on.
This machine is single-screw extruder, it is the main-extruder for the whole production line, which could be combined with kinds of side-extruders or machine to process kinds of materials to produce different products, such as material PS, PE, PP and PVC, which to be processed to be pipe, stick, film, silk and cable etc.. The advantages of this machine is good plastic effect and stable extruding work

1. The machine inspection before delivery in YATONG MACHINERY When you come to our factory .Check everything is it ok .
2. Free of charge of some necessary spare part.
3. One year guaranteeof all the machines running , if any problem ,we will bear. Of course if the machines after one year ,you also can ask for the technical guidance.
4. 1-2 technical engineers will be come to your factory to installation and commissioningthe machines and train your workers if you need.
5. We accept 30% TT down payment, 70% TT or LC at sight before delivery.
6. Film packing or plywood packing suit for sea shipping.
