This case is a small-pitch production line designed for our LED display module production line, which can meet the production needs of a variety of products, ensure stable product quality, reduce the labor intensity of operators, meet the production requirements, and reduce labor costs. The whole line length of the project is 40m, and after the introduction of the line body, the original 20 operators are reduced to 8 real-time online personnel.
LED display small pitch module production line, can be divided into: SMT section, assembly section, calibration section. The SMT section is divided into :IC section, lamp surface section; The assembly section can be subdivided into: test section, cache section, bottom shell processing section, mask assembly section; The correction section can be subdivided into: conveying section and correction section.

6) Use the calibration levelling machine and calibration room to brake correct the product and realize the calibration unmanned;
