Brief Introducing 

Spring cone crusher can crush all rocks with medium hardness and above.The spring system designed for overload protection, which will enable the hard materials or steel piece to pass through the crushing chamber without any damage to the crusher. It adopts grease seal to isolate dust and lubrication, therefore can ensure its reliable operation. According to customer demand, there are standard type, medium type and short head type for coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing operation.

Working Principle:

The rocks are crushed between mantle & concave. When motor drives the horizontal axis of the quarry crusher through triangle belt and pulley, the horizontal axis will drive the eccentric shaft  to rotate through gear transmission.
