1. Pet food is plant or animal material intended for consumption by dogs or other canines. With our new technology of various screws, our twin screw extruder production line is applied to produce different pet food with various material and nutritional elements, the production parameters are precisely controlled. Through extruding, the degraded protein is easy to be absorbed, meanwhile, with relevant palatability supplementary project, the production process can fulfill the chewing feel of pets.It can produce various pet foods such as dog feed, dog chew, cat feed, fish feed, and aquatic feed.
 
2.  Pet Food Processing Line adopts corn flour, bone meal, fish meal as raw materials to produce different shapes can be made by adjusting the dies from extruder

The Seires of Twin Screw Extruder:     1.The main extruder adopts frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable per-formation.
  2.The screws are made of the alloy steel and special craftdurable usage, high pressure, the screw life is longer.  Adopting the building block structure and combining  according to the different demand.
                                                                              3.The forced lubrication system, so that it can guarantee  the equipment transmission life longer
 

Seiries of Dryer:
1.The dryer has the compact structure, small
occupying, large drying area, small surface area, slight radiating heat and high thermal efficiency.
 2.The belt and the heat preservation use the stainless steel; it is suitable for food industry.
 3. The running speed of belt net can be controlled (frequency)
4. The temperature can be controlled willfully and designed according to the need.
5.Material touching the food is stainless steel, bracket is iron with paint. Motor is Chinese famous brand, Switch board operation.
