Machine details

1.Main introduction for the whole line and product:

Baby food/nutrion powder/instant breakfast cereal powder machinery line is used to produce infant baby food and some other instant flour products. The raw material is put in the mixer then mixed ingredients are fed into extruder feeder. The extruder is fitted with: special cylindrical holding silo; vibratory doser with hopper to feed the extruding screw; extrusion mechanism and cutting; independent electric panel.

After the extrusion the product is conveyed till the continuous rotary drier through a pneumatic conveyor. The continuous rotary drier has a heat exchanger with gas burner that allows a better heating of the product and it is economically viable owing the low cost of electric power. Case the client prefers we have the electric drier also.

The processing line adopts cereals flour (corn, wheat, rice, oat, soy, etc) which can produce baby food, FBF, CSB and samaposha etc.

3. Main machines introduction:
 

Series of twin screw extruder:
1.The main extruder adopts frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable per-formation.

2.The screws are made of the alloy steel and special craft, durable usage,high pressure, the screw life is longer. Adopting the building block structure and combining willingly according to the different demand.

3.The forced lubrication system, can guarantee the equipment transmission life longer.

4.Auto-temperature control system makes the temperature control more direct viewing and the parameter more precise.

5.Self-cleaning , when stopping, it can be cleaned without

disassembling.

6.According to different screw design rate to full different technology request.

7.This equipment has the wide material, multi-shape products and flexible collocations. We can produce the different products according to the different models and collocation.

Series of Dryer:
 Function: Baking and drying the food. All kinds of the inflating food, pet food, TVP/TSP food,peanut, nut, chew nut can be dried.

Main Features:
1.Dryer is compact, has small dry area and a large superficial area. It also features small scale of heat elimination and high thermal efficiency.
2.Mesh belt conveyors and thermal insulation boards all use stainless steel material.Making the equipment clean and sanitary.
 3.The speed of mesh belt conveyor is adjustable. The drying period for food in the oven can be adjusted.
4.The automatic temperature control system makes it possible to set the temperature according to your needs.
 

Series of Miller
Function:
1. Mill the pellet into powder. Raw material is delivered to the grinding chamber via hopper by the spiral feeder, and is cut and sheared by the high speed cutters, and then the material is moved into the whirlwind
separator and the sack dust catcher by the negative pressure sucking method. The ejection material meets the product requirement.
2. With dust collect device, the machine can keep the working condition clean with pollution. It is widely used in food, medicine, chemical process.
