3.1 Series of Twin Screw Extruder:
1.The main extruder adopts frequency speed controlling.
with high automation and stable per-formation.

2.The screws are made of the alloy steel and special craft, durale usage, high pressure, the screw life is longer.Adopting the builing block structure and combining willingly according to the different demand.

3.The forced lubrication system, so that it can guarante the equipment transmission life longer

4.Auto-temperature control system;make the temperature controlling more direct viewing 
and the parameter more piece

5.Material: the frame of the extruder is iron, the feeder is ss201,

6.the screw is 38CrMoAl, the barrel is 45#steel. the gearbox is special iron for extruder With enough hopper for the extruder running continuous.                                    

3.2 Series of Dryer:
1.The dryer has the compact structure, small occupying, large drying area, small surface area, slight radiating heat and high thermal efficiency.
                                                   
2.The belt and the heat preservation use the stainless steel;it is suitable for food industry.

 4.The temperature can be controlled willfully and designed according to the need.
