High Capacity Six Station Hexagon Nut Bolt Drywall Screws Making Machine

1. Bolt heading machine
Function: The equipment is bolt forming machine, the forging station can be 3 station, 4 station, 5 station, 6 station. Which can make all kinds of bolts with different sizes.

We use Gantry machining center. Beam lifting pentahedron machining center forms on machine bed by one-step, and insures the machining accuracy within 0.05mm, and the max processing machine bed is fro making M36 product.

Man-computer Interface can monitor the cutting length in real-time and detect short material data of produced online with an accuracy of 0.01mm, greatly improve the products precision. The Interface board can supervise and display the stop position on the whole process, which changes the traditional jog debugging principle. At the same time, the board will specifically show machine states and alarm information, which makes the operator intuitively operate the machine, greatly improve the working efficiency.

2. Automatic thread rolling machine

This equipment adopts two thread profile thread rolling plate staggered 1/2 screw distance design, dead plate is fixed, movable plate equal to dead plate do straight line motion back and forth, when the work piece feed between two plates, movable plate move forward twist work piece, make its surface plastic deformation into thread.

Thread rolling machine is portable, flexible, high efficiency and has some irreplaceable advantages compared with similar equipment, avoid the limit of lathe, drill or hand tapping, save time, labor, not easy to rotten teeth, screw tap not easy to break off.
