1. Flattening machine
 

Flattening is the first process in the entire production process. The main function of this machine is to flatten the galvanized wire(raw material) of the specified diameter to a certain thickness according to the requirements.

2. Stitching machine

The main function of this machine is to stick the flatted galvanized wire with glue into a wire plate, which is convenient for the finished equipment to make a finished nail in the forming machine.

The machine contains the main accessories: the wire collection vehicle (one line requires at least two units), and the welding machine and the work wheel (one line requires at least 120 work wheels)

3. Staple nail forming machine

The main function the machine is to process the wire board/plate into a finished product. The models can be produced are: 10J series, 4J series and 80 series. Accessories include: molding fast set, oil and water separator, LED working lights, pneumatic valves, etc.
