Machine application:
The machine is used for mass-producing cylindrical parts, ring parts in the way of centerless through feeding. And it also can be used for grinding cone parts with taper less than 1∶20 and molding rotational parts in the way of centerless in-feeding. The machine can carry out auto plunge-in feeding cycle if it is equipped loading & unloading mechanism (optional). It grinds circulation automatically. Suite for volume production.

Machine configuration & characteristics:

The machine layout is double-side moving structure.The workrest is fixed in middle of the machine base. Gri.wheelhead and reg. wheelhead are located in each side of machine base.It is suitable for being equipped with loading & unloading system.
The grinding and regulating wheel spindles are both made of special high grade nitriding steel. It features with high abrasive resistance, strength and rigidity.
Double support structure is adopted on both grinding and regulating wheel spindles. Both (front and rear bearing) sides are supported by high precision roll bearings.With high rigidity and precision.
AC motor drives R W. spindle to achieve stepless adjustable speed by variable frequency.
Gri. wheel moves as major feeding movement. It's driven by servo motor.
Hydrostatic guideway is adopted for gri. wheelhead with good vibration resistance and sensitive feeding.
Guideway lubrication adopts close-loop oil circuit, which ensures stable and reliable guideway lubricating.
Grinding wheel dresser works with a single point diamond pen. Feeding movement is realized by servo motor and a gear motor is used for its reciprocating movement. Speed is adjustable via variable frequency.
Regulating wheel dresser works with a single point diamond pen. Feeding movement is realized manually and a gear motor is used for its reciprocating movement. Speed is adjustable via variable frequency.
Mitsubishi PLC control system controls this machine. This system works reliably and stably. It's easy to input data. It features self-diagnosis function. Easy to maintenance and setup.
