Galvanized Scaffold Tube in OD48.3x4.0mm is made by Q235 and Q345 steel grade plate confirm to En39 standard mainly exported to UK and Ireland Market. 
The Scaffold tube is always use together with scaffolding fittings and couplers in drop forged and pressed steel like forged double coupler, forged swivel coupler, forged girder coupler (beam coupler), sleeve coupler, putlog(single coupler), board retaining coupler etc.
