Description:
Trimless LED Profiles are designed to be completely seamless once installed into plaster ceilings or walls, with no aluminum frames showing. The range of plaster-in aluminum led profile comprises corner profiles, linear shapes and cover lighting options. The aluminum channels are simply screwed to the plasterboard, with plaster applied up to the diffuser. The effect is a clean beam of light that appears to come from a gap in the plaster. Besseto's aluminum channel systems are customizable to suit drywall/plaster/gypsum projects requirements.

6063 Aerial aluminum has good corrosion resistance and toughness. It's easy polishing, color firm and anodic oxidation. It is a kind of typical extrusion material. Widly used in building profiles, heat sink of lights for vehicles, platforms, furniture, lifts, fences etc.
2. PC cover: Mitsubishi PC from Japan
PC (Polycarbonat) is an amorphous thermoplastic resin with excellent electrical insulation, extensibility,
dimensional stability, and chemical corrosion resistance. It has high strength, heat resistance and cold
resistance. It also has the advantages of self-extinguishing, flame retardant, non toxic and colorable.
Its strength and toughness are very good.
