Product Description

High Efficiency Sound Proof Crushing Machine for Blow Molding Recycling 

TGP powerful sound-proof granulator series is used for crushing all kinds of plastic materials, including blow molding, injection molding, extrusion and other molding materials and wastes. The power of the granulator ranges from 5HP to 75HP, which can be used for centralized crushing and beside-the-press crushing. Fully hermetic sound-proof design provides excellent working environment result in noise level below 75db under the condition which measures it within one meter away from the machines.

1. The body of sound-proof granulator adopts fully enclosed silent design, placing sound-absorbing cotton, effectively reducing the sound produced during crushing.
2. Sound-proof granulator adopts unique design with inside heat dispersion system, under the premise of keeping fully closed, the heat generated by the motor is discharged out of the machine, extending the service life of motor.
3. Motor overload protection device, emergency safety switch device and equipped with phase sequence controller, avoid any adverse consequence by motor reversal.
4. To install power isolator, easy maintenance & safety operation.
5. Movable stainless feeding hopper and handle switch with optimal design are operation conveniently.
6. Large feeding port easy crushing of large waste, mobile, easy cleaning, fast screen change.
7. Big size power granulators can be equipped with cooling water circulation system, the heat generated by the machine to the outside of machine, can reduce machine itself working temperature and avoid crushing material agglomerate.
8. Small size power granulators is equipped with casters, easy to move; Big size powerful granulators can be equipped with vibration pads to work smoothly.
9. The material storage tank is made of stainless steel for easy cleaning, stainless steel suction spout is also available for option to work with blowing system to achieve automatic collection effect.
10. Optional equipped with cyclone dust collector, can effectively sperate dust.
11. Optional equipped with feeding blower, automatic feeding, improve efficiency.
 

Application

It is suitable for crushing all kinds of plastic resin including IMM, blowing machine to produce detective products which can be collected together for centralized crushing and recycling, and then mixed with virgin material together before being used by machine.

8. Recycling System (Standard Type): The feeding blower is used to send the crushed material to the cyclone dust collector. The cyclone dust collector separates the crushed material from the air flow, so that the regrind material falls into the storage box or filter cloth bag, and the regrind material is recycled.
9. Dust Separator Recycling System (Dust Removing Type): The particles in the crushed material can be separated from the dust, and the particles can be recycled directly to avoid waste. The dust is collected into the filter bag, which can keep the working environment clean.
10. Full-Material Alarm Device: Install the material level motor. When the crushing material is full to the material level motor, the circuit will be disconnected through the sensor, the granulator will stop running, and the alarm will remind the customer to deal with it.
