Minimum Order Quantity: One 40 HQ Container

It can fit about 750 flat pack kitchen cabinetry or just hold about 250 assembled kitchen cabinetry(same color and same design)

In our factory, we introduce advanced technology and equipment, this has greatly increased the production efficiency partly, like our door, not only we have 90° butt joint but also we have 45 ° joint. We have Automatic spray-painting line too, it can inprove our efficiency and veracity highly. then also we used eco-friendly oil paint and have test reports.

As you can see the packing pictures, we will remark cabinetry in which buildings and rooms, size according to the project drawing. So you won't have to worry about mixing up the cabinets and you can choose the packing style you need.

1. Clients: How many materials can we choose, where are they from and can you see your purchase invoice?

A: We purchased wood materials from United State directly, (not from middleman)
And we use solid birch wood mostly, also there have birch, alder, maple, cherry, oak, ash...
As an  OEM manufacturer,  if you have any other options, just let me know your needs. We will accord to what your need to produce the cabinetry you like.

2. Clients: How many cabinets can be put into the 40 HQ container?

HZ: Actually as Ready-To-Assembled(RTA) cabinet, we can put about 750 pieces. If it is assemble in 

factory, we can put about 250 pieces.
 

3. Clients: Do you make frame or frameless cabinetry?
A: Both of them we made, but frame structure mostly.
     As a OEM manufacturer , we make every style you want.

4. Clients: How much for one container and shipping?
A: The amount of container cabinetry is based on your details order, like material and finish.quantity
    For shipping cost, could I know where is your destination port and I can help to ask our shipping agency.

 

5.Clients: What is your monthly output and the minimum order quantity ?

A: Our monthly output is about 45 HQ containers. The MOQ is one 40 HQ containers(same design and color)
