Product Description

The cocoa powder production line is a semi-automatic line for the production of cocoa powder. It includes a roasting machine, a cocoa bean peeling machine, a colloid mill, a hydraulic oil press and a small mill. The whole process from baking to grinding requires multiple people to cooperate.
The production process of cocoa powder
The cocoa beans that have been peeled and cleaned are roasted and cooled to facilitate peeling. The cocoa kernels are then refined in a colloid mill. The cocoa liquor is pressed in a hydraulic oil press. The temperature generally exceeds 100 degrees Celsius. The cake obtained during the pressing is retained, and the cake is refined into powder in a small mill.
