This product line has successfully passed provincial and ministerial scientific and technological achievement appraisals (Shaan Ke Jian Zi [2010] No. 097) and holds related certifications. Upgraded to the transportation industry standard of the People's *** (JT 2009-26), these isolators are ideally suited for various highways and municipal bridges in seismic zones with intensities of up to 9 degrees.
Isolation rubber bearings not only encapsulate all the high performance attributes of plate bearings but also offer superior isolation capabilities, effectively mitigating earthquake-induced damage to bridges. High damping rubber bearings, a subset of isolation rubber bearings, are crafted from advanced high damping rubber materials, achieving an impressive damping ratio of 10% to 16%. Structurally identical to natural rubber bearings, these bearings feature high viscosity rubber material that can autonomously absorb energy and exhibit remarkable ductility. During seismic events, they extend the natural vibration period of structures, reduce seismic forces, and leverage their energy dissipation characteristics to provide seismic isolation, closely matching the performance of lead core sandwich rubber bearings.
Utilizing high damping composite rubber material in lieu of a lead core, these innovative bearings modify the proportion of filling material to adjust total damping, resulting in exceptional energy consumption capabilities and effective isolation reduction. High damping rubber bearings deliver stable performance, robust energy dissipation, and extraordinary ductility. Their superior equivalent viscous damping translates to heightened energy dissipation, offering significant seismic isolation effects that adeptly control the seismic response of isolated structures.
