Equipment application scope:
It is mainly used for double-sided grinding of various metals, ceramics, crystal glass, magnetic materials and so on.
Equipment features:
1. The operation of the grinding machine is driven by 4 motors, which can speed up the upper grinding disc, the lower grinding disc, the gear ring and the sun wheel separately to achieve the optimal speed ratio, and the sun wheel can be stepless speed adjusted relative to the other three speeds, so that the cruise ship can achieve positive rotation and reverse, meeting the needs of different grinding and repair processes.
2. Grinding machine to meet the need to change the high and low position of the cruise.
3. The grinding machine adopts four stages of pressure, namely light pressure, medium pressure, heavy pressure, repair operation process.
4. The grinding machine adopts PLC program control system, touch screen operation panel, motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, motor speed and operation for the lower grinding disc lifting mode, the lower grinding disc high and low position can stay in the total stroke range, and the line time is directly input to the touch screen.
5. The grinding machine adopts grating thickness control system, and the grinding amount is automatically controlled by the controller according to the set value. In the grinding process, the equipment automatically stops after the size controller reaches the set value. Dimension controller detection accuracy 0.001mm.

1. If better flatness and roughness were required, you might need both lapping and polishing machine.

3. If the productivity were excessive, you might need larger machine or to expand production line.
