Summary

In the traditional size press,with the increasing of the working speed, it is easily feeding uneven, paper sheet breaking or wrinkling. The membrane transfer sizing press could overcome these drawback. The membrane transfer sizing press could be used for surface sizing,paint sizing and coating. Sizing/coating amount is 0.5-12g/both sides. It is fit for many paper grades. It could size the same coating material or different coating material on both sides at the same time.And it also could size one side.It is flexible. This feature is very practical in the production of specialty paper.The membrane transfer sizing press reduce the break,and it request not too high for the base paper strength,we could increase the mechanical pulp ratio to reduce the cost.

Principle

Membrane transfer sizing press is rod type sizing equipment. It is different from the traditional double-roll double roller weir pool size press. The sizing liquid or the coating material is to the sizing roll through pre-measurement of the measuring rod.lt could form uniform film. When the paper web pass through two relative rotation sizing roll press area,the film was sent to the film.Because of the pre-measurement of the film, the film is thin and uniform.ln the press area, the paper stand less water pressure. It reduces the break and improve the paper machine maneuverability.
