Digital-control shower:
With the use of digital control system, the speed and formation can be adjusted online,and the reciprocating moving speed (0~600mm/min) of the nozzle can be adjusted according to the actual speed, the length of the blanket and the distance between the nozzle, and the coverage stroke (3~308mm) can be adjusted online according to the actual width of the net blanket, so as to ensure the thorough cleaning of the whole width of the blanket. The phenomenon of stripe stripes periodically appeared in the cleaning of the net blanket was eliminated; the coordinated washing was used to adapt to the washing theory and the high demand for the high end fabric. The torque output of the CNC electric driver was constant and the motor used 20~40AV to realize the real safety and reliability. Linkage, manual, automatic water cut, multiple seals waterproof.




                           


Type of shower:
1. Fixed shower with fan-shaped nozzle: the size of nozzle hole is selected according to the amount of water;The nozzle Angle is selected according to the distance between the center line of the nozzle and the nozzle to the spraying surface.
