The phenomenon of hydraulic imblance in fluid distribution network will lead to the following hazards:
(1)It may cause damage to the pipe network, bring breakdown, even lead to the accident. Excessive flow will have a greater impact to pipe and equipment, bring vibration and noise, affect the life of the pipe network, and equipment, too low flow will also cause the equipment to stop or protect, then the pipe network will not work as usual.
(2)It will impact the working performance of pipe network, if the actual flow and design capacity does not match.
For example, in the heating and air conditioning system, the hydraulic imbalance will impact the effction of heating and air conditioning directly.
(3)Waste more energy. The exceed design flow of some branch in pipe network or equipment, will cause additional energy wasted, While too low flow of some branch needs to increase the pump power to meet the work demands, resulting in increased energy consumption.
