It helps the solder paste is stored in optimal conditions,reduce waste, prevent contamination & ensure that the right solder paste is used for the right application.
Solder paste management on the current market mainly includes a single refrigerator and a single reheating cabinet; the refrigeration of the solder paste needs to be done manually, and the solder paste in the refrigerator should be placed in the reheating cabinet a few hours in advance of production Rewarming, this process usually requires manual operation in the early hours of the morning to prepare for the early morning production. The manual process is cumbersome, the workload is heavy, the time control is not accurate, the management quality of the solder paste is not ideal, and the solder paste cannot be realized.
