The SWP-X20 ultrasonic lace machine is an intelligent ultrasonic lace equipment with 35KHz/1000W radial vibration and synchronous movement. Its ultrasonic core components are mainly composed of an automatic frequency tracking ultrasonic generator, a high Q value transducer, and a tool head. During cutting , the product can maintain efficient seam cutting during the welding and sewing processes. At the same time, the equipment can also customize the speed, 10 sets of data storage, flower wheel diversity, and multiple protections.
SWP-X20 uses an automatic frequency tracking ultrasonic generator. Through feedback, the output frequency of the ultrasonic generator is maintained in the optimal resonance state, thereby ensuring the quality of stitching and embossing. The X20 machine is equipped with a 2.8-inch HMI for intelligent human-computer interaction. It is ergonomically designed, safe and easy to operate. The matching flower wheel can be used for straight line, curve cutting, welding, and sewing processing, and can meet the functional requirements of waterproof, sealing, antibacterial and other processing technology, without the need for needlework, saving costs.
