Product Details

Flue gas heat exchanger is an important device in flue gas desulfurization system. Its function is to heat the net flue gas after desulfurizaiton using the heat of original flue gas. So the temperature of original flue gas is reduced and the temperature of desulfurized net flue gas is increased to required discharging temperature(about 80ºC) and is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.

Silicon carbide has the characteristics of acid and alkali corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength and high thermal conductivity. Silicon carbide heat exchanger is an ideal choice. It is suitable for high concentration sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, mixed acid, sodium hydroxide, bromine and hydrogen bromide gas. It is mainly used for material heating, evaporation, cooling, condensation and heat recovery.
