The integrated products we possess consist of color coated steel coil/sheet, fire-proof rock wool panels, insulated PUR panels, FM approved PIR panel including general wall type, roof type and deck type, cold room panels, prefabricated building as well as industrial doors relating to different industry sectors, like cold chain, pharmaceutical, food processing, warehousing, poultry farm.

 

In China, we are the exclusive PIR panel manufacturer with US FM approval and Australia hurricane test qualifications.

  

Thermal insulation materials refer to which being used to reduce the rate of heat transfer. There are different types of insulaion materials in the construction field. Our panels comprise the following types:

* polyurethane(pur) is any polymer consisting of a chain of organic units joined by urethane bonds.

*Polyisocyanurate(PIR) is  a modified Polyurethane(PUR) with also isocyanurate bonds that give better fire properties. Different catalysts are used and the proportion of methylene diphenyl diisocyante(MDI) is higher than for PUR. The polyols used are of polyether and polyester.

* Mineral Wool is fibers made from minerals or metel oxides, be synthetic organic natural.
