Application
This machine can achieve high efficiency punching&roll forming of the solar strut channel,which widely used for solar mounting structure industry.

Process of the line
Uncoiler→leveler--- servo feeder→punching station→roll forming unit →hydraulic shear→finishedproducts

1. Uncoiler 1 set

       The machine is in single head mode.The tensioning structure is connecting rod type, the working state is stable and reliable The uncoiler is equipped with pneumatic brake
