REXON ZYD vacuum oil purifier is made up of ultra-strong vacuum system (one rotary vane vacuum pump and one Roots pump/air compressor), electronic control system, PLC program, constant temperature heating system, three high Precision filtration system, oil high and low liquid level detection indicator, vacuum degree detection indicator, automatic d-foaming device, alarm system, automatic protection system and so on.

Product Description

Application:
REXON ZYD-100 transformer oil purifier is a vacuum oil filtration and purification system for unqualified transformer oil, insulation oil reconditioning, developed on the characteristics of oil for electricity, especially for high-voltage transformers above 110kv. It can remove the water, gas and impurities from the transformer oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make the oil limiting voltage-withstand value much higher more than 75KV and make sure the electric device running safely.

1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.
2. Big capacity of moisture ands gas separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength of oil improving greatly.
3. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, which can purify oil high efficient and make oil highly pure.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system and foaming elimination system to ensure machine operating easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
8. It can be operated both online and offline of transformers.
9. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers which are above 110KV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.
10. Can work online for 150 hours continuously, high reliable and long time running.
11. Installed by PLC programming control system to achieve machine working fully automatically.
