What is your MOQ?
Usually, our MOQ is 500pcs.But we accept a lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking the quality of our products and know our service.

Can I get samples?
We usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.
Sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to us, we will ship with our account.

How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 7-10 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 10-15 days, subject to your designs whether they need a new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will respond fast to your request.

How long is the production lead time?
It takes 60 days for MOQ. We have a large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantities.
5.
How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
6.
What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.We also accept LC at sight.
