PHE has developed the Luxwood Building System which utilizes modern technology of the building industry with the sole aim to produce  energy-efficient cost-effective comfortable homes and working environments.
With the rising costs of development and the lack of trained tradesmen,PHE Solutions seeks to develop materials and methods to allow houses to be built with the skills within communities.
The Luxwood Building System focuses on speed and ease of construction,with emphasis on creating a better living environment that features greater noise reduction, and thermal enhancements. The PHE-Luxwood Building System primarily incorporates the Luxwood Panel.

Windows: White Powder Coated Aluminum 5+6+5 double glazed(Sliding)with flyscreens.
Window Frame/Architrave:White Powder Coated Aluminum 2 pieces.
External Door:  Due to the important law we will obtain wooden doors locally(if possible)
Internal Door:   Due to the important law we will obtain wooden doors locally(if possible)
U Channel:  Bent Galvanized sheet 90*101*90*1.2mm
Roof Truss: Galvanized SHS 40*40*2mm(requires engineer sign off)
Wall Panel: Polymer QB450F100 100mm*450mm*2440mm or 100mm*450mmm*2700mm
Panel Corner: Polymer QB100CR(100mm)
ASA Cladding:(composite finish 125mm wide)
