YWJ250-IIIA is Integrated with newest encapsulation and engineering technology with our softgel encapsulation experience. The machine is largest production capacity in the world, die roller steady running speed up to 8 rpm. Servo motor driving and Germany mechanical parts is adopted on the machine, keep the machine running in lower noise and steady running. The machine is suit to big
scales production. And the machine is in lower using cost and reduce the time and cost for maintance.

1.     High-Speed, the production capacity is twice or triples than other of YWJ250-IIIA Softgel encapsulation machine.
2.     Full automatic and intelligence software; make the machine easy to operate.
3.     Siemens Servo-motor driving system and Germany mechanical parts, reduce the gear driving, making the machine running in more steady, and in lower noise.  Can updated the system as German PPC control system.
4.     The machine is optimally designed on driving system, the cam, gear is replaced by servo-driving,
the maintains is easy and lower cost.
5.   Can be added the gelatin film thickness control system, just set the data on HIM, machine finished the adjusting automatic, precision to 0.02 mm.
