Product Description

                           DIESEL OIL/NATURAL GAS STEAM BOILER

Product introduction
The boiler , which is a automatic horizontal internal combustion three-return fuel (gas) quick loading boiler. It adopts wet-back structure, the furnace bladder is the first return, and the threaded smoke pipe constitutes the second and third return. The boiler is equipped with perfect automatic control device and safety protection device; Circulating water pressure control, overpressure and overtemperature alarm, high and low water level alarm and low water level interlock protection device; Boiler automatic ignition, burner fire automatic regulation and flame out protection, etc., to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
The fuel of the product is light oil or natural gas. The fuel is ejected from the burner, ignited by the electronic ignition rod, and is burned under micro-positive pressure in the furnace liner. The high-temperature flue gas enters the second return journey by turning 180° from the recombustion chamber, and then enters the third return journey by turning 180° from the front smoke box, and finally exhausts into the atmosphere by the chimney through the energy saving device.

Characteristics

1.Unique large combustion chamber structural design, three-return full wet back structure, while maintaining super strong radiation heat transfer capacity, achieves low-temperature combustion, improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler, reduces NOx emissions, is efficient and environmentally friendly;
2.The use of threaded smoke pipes increases the heat transfer effect and improves the boiler thermal efficiency;
3.The smoke boxes at the front and rear of the boiler adopt a multi-level sealing method to prevent smoke leakage;
4.It has a large steam space and good steam quality;
5.Multiple protections such as water level, steam pressure, exhaust temperature, etc., safe and reliable;
6.High-efficiency insulation materials ensure low boiler surface temperature;
7.Equipped with patented product boiler energy saver, it can save 5-15% of fuel costs and upgrade the boiler to a condensing boiler;

Remark:
Boiler can installed well before delivery . Called Skid-mounted Boiler. When arrive at customer site, only need to connect power, water and fuel is okay . But considering the container size, this kind boiler suitable for the capacity from 100kg to 5t boilers. 
The other type is assembled boiler, this kind boiler need to insatll in customer site.This is suitable for the capacity more than 5t. We can pack well, laod to container.
For installation, if need, we can send technicians go to insatll . if customer have insatllation team, we can provide remote guidance.
