MASTER folding door features the automatic operation and rapid opening form closure to full opening. It can also be manual operated easily in case of power failure. MASTER folding door will bring you the fastest and safest running speed at any time.
The European standard production process has been used in folding doors, with the frame invisible. And the popular design is used between surface panel and frame, without welding.
For the panel, the polyurethane foam is high-density, exceeds 50kg/m3. That can not only enhance the tightness and solidness between surface and implicit frame, but also beautify the appearance to a large extent.
The connecting hinge is made of casting aluminum and plane thrust bearing, reducing the friction caused by resistance. For the frame, the professional aluminum alloy strengthening design is adopted, to make installation much more convenient, solid and aesthetic. In the assembly, embedded pull rivet nuts are used, to prevent the screw loose easily.
Features:
1.Hidden frame design: the door frame is made of cold-rolled galvanized steel, and designed with U-shape concave and convex grooves molded by special rolling machine. It's covered with 0.6mm to 1.2mm aluminum plating zinc plate or aluminum alloy plate on both sides.
High strength, with thickness 57mm and 77mm.
2.Multi-section structure: When the door need not to be opened completely, part of door opening is available to reduce the open & close time with less heat loss.
3.Reliable sealing: The top of the door is well sealed by high density double-layer brush. The door frame and each door panel are sealed with EPDM.
4.Strong material: The top rail is made by 4mm steel plated, mounted directly on the side wall or fixed on the eaves. The bottom water deflector is made of 2mm thick aluminum allo guide slots with 3 small angle of waterproof slope (or more special design configuration). The bottom water deflector is configured as standard when there are more than 3 sections/panels in a single door, and it's optional when less than two sections.
5.Good fastness: The hinges are fixed on the door panel by embedded pull revet nuts, not easy to loose.
6.Smooth operation: Hanging wheels are made of sealed bearings and PA66 nylon. 4 wheels can increase the strength and make the door move smoothly.
7.Configuration range: standard width of single section can be 650mm-1200mm, the maximum width of single section is 1500mm. The thickness of door panel is 57mm or 77mm. For 77mm panel, the appropriate door height is 8000mm with maximum height of a single door panel is 13000mm; for 57mm panel, the appropriate door height is less than 8000mm.
8.Safety Lock
A latch and a handle fixed on a manual folding door panel;
Electric gate motor automatic lock in the closed position, with a clutch device, some motor also allows the door opened manually.
