1. The theoretical output of PET disinfectant bottle is about 1500-2000 bottles / hour, subject to the actual preforms and bottle samples.
2. In addition to replacing the blow mold, the preforms / bottles of different necksize also need to replace the preform heating holder, the bottle taking out finger, the preform dividing plate and the cylinder + stretching rod, etc. The specific cost depends on the specific preform and bottle sample.

 

1. DESCRIPTION:

LTY-A600-3, newly developed by our company, is a two-step automatic blow-molding machine, which requires labor to put performs into the preheater only. LTY-A 600-3 is three cavity machine for 0.6L. It can blow various bottles in shapes: carbonated, mineral, pesticide, cosmetics, wide-mouth, and other packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET.
Compared with other full-automatic series, LTY-A series has no automatic conveyor, so it can't transfer performs automatically, but requires labors to put performs into preheater. The distinctive feature of the LTY-A is as follows: it has saved the cost to the maximum extent; it has lower rejection rate, higher production, and more stable performance than the semi-automatic one, and moreover, it is easy to run. Therefore, it will take the place of the semi-automatic blow-molding machine.
