Product Description

Caprolactam, with chemical formula of C6H11NO and molecular weight of 113.16, is one of the important organic chemical raw materials. It is white powder or crystal in appearance and has an oily feel. The main purpose is to produce polyamide chips (usually called nylon-6 chips, or nylon-6 chips) through polymerization, which can be further processed into nylon fibers, engineering plastics and plastic films. Nylon-6 chips have different application fields with different quality and indicators.

1. Most of caprolactam is used to produce polycaprolactam. About 90% of the latter is used to produce synthetic fiber, that is, kapuron, and 10% is used as plastic, which is used to manufacture gears, bearings, pipes, medical devices, electrical and insulating materials. It is also used in coatings, plastic agents and a small amount of synthetic lysine.
2. It is mainly used for preparing caprolactam resin, fiber and artificial leather, and also used as medical raw materials.
