The handle is usually located at one end of the coating rod to facilitate the operator to hold and control the movement of the coating rod during the coating process. The design of the handle can affect operating comfort and coating accuracy.
1. Before putting the measuring rod on the machine, make sure that the groove of the rod holder is clean;
2. When putting the metering rod on the machine, ensure that the surface of the rod (especially the bottom of the groove) is clean and free of residue;
3. Pay attention to surface bumps and scratches when the measuring rod is put on and off the machine;
4. Pay attention to preventing bending when the measuring rod is put on and off the machine (larger than L2000MM, two or more people must cooperate with the operation)
