What is the difference between a prefabricated building and a pre-engineered building?
A prefabricated building, also known as PEB building, or prefab house. From the structure, it's not too much difference, all made by a steel frame and enclosed with different wall panels.
But it has too much difference, the PEB building is usually very tall and big, it uses heavy steel, each pillar or purlin need to move by crane. It could withstand more harsh weather, such as hurricanes, but prefab houses can't do that.

1. Warehouse Size: compare with traditional building, the prefabricated warehouse is more flexible, its width and length is based on China construction code or other country construction code.
2. Crane runway System: Whether it has a crane in the warehouse, the warehouse roof system is different, also, the warehouse height should consider into it.
3. Environmental Conditions:We need to calculate the wind load and snow load of the building to ensure the safety of the Light Steel Structure Prefabricated Warehouse, so you need to provide the local wind speed. If there is snow in winter, please tell the thickness of the snow.
4. Insulation Materials
If the warehouse needs thermal insulation, such as the rook wool sandwich panel, rock wool strip,or cement fiberboard then thermal insulation wool needs to be laid on the walls and roof. We can provide glass wool or rock wool.
