Microwave processing of meat products includes: drying(vacuum drying), thawing and degreasing.
Microwave wacuum drying of meat products ensures that the material is dried at low temperatures(below 38°-40°), almost completely retain the nutrients of the material.
Microwave thawing is directly heated from the inside of the material and does not require a conductive process. Thawing a piece of 25kg meat can be completed in 2 minutes from -15° to -4°.It also ensures the nutrition and noncorruption of the meat.
Microwave degreasing is a new type of teachnical application to ensure that the final product tastes delicious with low in the fat content, meets the new requirements of modern human diet.
